Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to Matus subscriptions, AI Credits purchases, and related charges processed for OPENLINK PTE. LTD. at https://matus.life through payment processors such as Stripe.

2. Subscription Payments

Subscription fees are generally billed in advance. Users may request cancellation for future billing periods. Unless required by applicable law or approved by us in writing, subscription fees already charged are not automatically refundable. We may review refund requests case by case, including duplicate charges, billing errors, or service access issues.

3. AI Credits

AI Credits are prepaid credits used inside Matus for eligible managed AI capabilities and workflow actions. AI Credits are not cash, bank deposits, stored value, securities, or transferable monetary instruments. Unused AI Credits are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or approved by us in writing.

4. Refund Requests We Will Review

  • Duplicate payments or clear billing errors.
  • Unauthorized transactions reported promptly with supporting information.
  • Payments where paid access was not delivered due to a verified Matus system issue.
  • Other cases where applicable law requires a refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email tuqinghong@gmail.com with your account email, workspace name, payment date, amount, payment reference if available, and the reason for the request. We may ask for additional information to verify the account and transaction.

6. Processing

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method through the payment processor. Processing time depends on Stripe, card networks, banks, and other payment partners.

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including applicable Singapore consumer protection laws.
