Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Matus at https://matus.life, a commercial AI agent platform operated by OPENLINK PTE. LTD., a Singapore company with UEN 202448659R. By using Matus, you agree to these Terms.

2. Matus Services

Matus provides AI-assisted workflow tools, including content operations, workspace management, model configuration, platform account management, analytics, reporting, subscriptions, and AI Credits. Some features may depend on third-party services, model providers, payment processors, or platform APIs.

3. Accounts and Workspaces

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, managing workspace members and permissions, and ensuring that only authorized users access your workspace. You must provide accurate information when creating accounts, workspaces, subscriptions, and payment records.

4. Subscriptions and AI Credits

• Paid subscriptions and AI Credits may be purchased through payment processors such as Stripe.
• AI Credits are used within Matus for managed AI capabilities and eligible workflow actions.
• AI Credits have no cash value outside Matus and are not a stored value facility, bank deposit, security, or transferable monetary instrument.
• Prices, package sizes, features, and limits may change, subject to applicable law and any commitments made at the time of purchase.

5. User Content and AI Outputs

You are responsible for the prompts, files, data, content, and platform accounts you submit or connect to Matus. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. You must review and approve content before publishing, using, relying on, or sharing it.

6. No Professional Advice

Matus may assist with business analysis, content operations, financial research workflows, tax or accounting-related productivity, and other AI workflows. Unless expressly agreed in writing, Matus does not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, medical, or other regulated professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use Matus to:

• Violate laws, regulations, third-party rights, platform rules, or payment network rules.
• Create, distribute, or automate spam, fake engagement, scraping, bot traffic, harassment, fraud, or deceptive practices.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or harmful content.
• Bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected services, or misuse third-party APIs.
• Publish or authorize content without proper rights, review, and user confirmation.

8. Third-Party Services

Matus may integrate with payment processors, AI model providers, hosting providers, and social or commerce platforms. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, policies, fees, and availability. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, policy changes, or account decisions.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect Matus, users, third parties, payment systems, or platform integrations, or where we believe these Terms have been violated.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Singapore, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
